Point your camera at the receipt. SplitSmart reads every dish, price and the tip, mostly right on your iPhone. Tap what you had, tap a friend’s face to share a dish, and the tip is shared fairly. A guest at the table can join for that one bill. Anything left over? SplitSmart asks “Whose was this?” before the bill goes into the group.

One quiet line shows whose turn it is for the groceries. Pay with Apple Pay and SplitSmart offers to split it, right at the till (set up once in Shortcuts).
People
Everyone you split with in one place, and where you stand with each. Add a friend from Contacts: SplitSmart only sees the person you pick, and nothing is uploaded.

Your food profile, your tips per country and how a trip is going against your own budget. Worked out on your iPhone, never compared, never sold.

Send your share with the original receipt and the VAT per rate. Or export a period as PDFs with an overview spreadsheet.

All square in a few payments.
Close the trip and SplitSmart works out the fewest payments that settle everyone. Pay with a payment link, a QR code or by copying an IBAN, then tap Paid. Pay in rand, settle in euros, at your card's real rate. When the last payment is in: Clean Slate.

A group Tidy score, badges for quick claims and fast settling that grow from Silver to Gold to Diamond, and fun facts about your group’s habits. Your badges show on your page for the people in your groups, and tiers never go down. No leaderboards, no guilt trips. Reminders come from Splitty, not from your friends.
